1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PerCycle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

PerCycle is a personal cycle tracking tool for informational purposes only.

  • The App is NOT a medical device.
  • It has NOT been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body.
  • Predictions are NOT a reliable method of contraception.
  • Should NOT be used to make reproductive or medical decisions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 11 years of age to use PerCycle. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Data and Privacy

PerCycle is a local-only application. All health data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal health information. iCloud backup of cycle data is explicitly disabled for your protection.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

PerCycle Pro is an auto-renewable subscription handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. PerCycle does not process or have access to payment information. Cancellations must be submitted through Apple Settings.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Cycle predictions and fertility estimates are computational estimates. Accuracy depends entirely on the consistency of your logs. We make no warranty that predictions will be accurate for your specific situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerCycle and its developers shall not be liable for unintended pregnancy, health decisions made based on predictions, or loss of data due to device failure.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and prediction algorithms are owned by PerCycle. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (via the Manual Export or encrypted Recover Phrase) as data loss due to device damage is your responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PerCycle operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
